* Under the constitution being proposed, nominations will be sought for positions of secretary, treasurer, and assistant treasurer. Their proposed duties are as follows:

The Secretary will

-maintain the record of Suresearch members, or ensure that such a -record is kept by some other person authorised by Suresearch

-call meetings in accordance with the constitution,

-ensure that a record is kept of the minutes of Suresearch and its Groups,

-and deal with correspondence only insofar as directed by Suresearch.

 

The Treasurer will

-Deal with incoming money and payments,

-maintain Suresearch’s financial records,

-report to Suresearch meetings,

-monitor whether Suresearch is acting in accordance with its resources and budgets,

-be one of the signatories on Suresearch’s bank account.

The Assistant Treasurer will

-assist the Treasurer and deputize for the Treasurer as directed by Suresearch.
